Richard C Pillsbury, M.D.

 Dr. Richard C. Pillsbury is a board certified Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose and Throat or E.N.T.) practicing in El Dorado, Arkansas.  He specializes in surgeries of the head and neck, including removal of the tonsils and adenoids, treatment of cancers of the head and neck, sinus surgery, septoplasty (repair of deviated septum to improve air flow for breathing) and surgeries of the middle and external ear. 

Dr. Pillsbury uses state of of the art powered surgical tools that promote faster healing than traditional unpowered tools like the steel scalpel.

He also does reconstruction of the head and neck following trauma, and diagnosis and treatment of diseases that affect the head and neck.  The practice is co-located with Lynne Raney audiology.

Dr. Pillsbury has been practicing medicine for over 36 years and is licensed in Arkansas and Texas.  A devoted father of three, Dr. Pillsbury resides in El Dorado with his wife, Janey.

Dr. Pillsbury is currently a member of the following:  American Medical Association, American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, Arkansas Medical Society and the Union County Medical Society.
