Insurance and Payment

We participate in most area health plans (see the list at the bottom of this page).  Each patient is responsible for knowing his or her plan’s benefit coverage, co-payment, deductible, non-covered services and restrictions.  Certain insurances, such as Medicaid, ArkKids, Qualchoice state employees, and Health Advantage, require a referral from your primary care physician.  We cannot see you without this referral.  Please know that these are your insurance companies’ policies, not ours.

 We are happy to file your insurance for you.  If you have a co-pay that applies to us, we will honor that co-payment.  You must have a current insurance card so that we have all the information we need to file the insurance.  If there is no co-payment, we ask that you pay at the time of service for your office call.  We are happy to work out payment plans if finances are a problem.
